On the ground floor, the bright and spacious open-plan living area is seamlessly connected to a modern kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and all the essentials for a relaxing stay. A large French door in the living room opens directly to the terrace, where the infinity pool awaits, allowing guests to enjoy stunning views from both inside and outside. When the doors are open, the indoor and outdoor spaces merge into one harmonious area, perfect for lounging or entertaining.
This floor also includes a cozy double bedroom with a queen-size bed, a built-in closet, a private ensuite bathroom, and large window doors that open to the terrace, offering gorgeous views.

Upstairs, the villa boasts two additional bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom for ultimate comfort and privacy. One bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the other offers two single beds, both equipped with built-in closets and large window doors that provide breathtaking views. *A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

**Starting from January 2024 the Greek government has implemented a climate tax of 10€ per night .This tax is payable on arrival in cash and a receipt will be issued for you within your stay.
